💡 How does it work?
This is how the calculator splits the costs.
Share per person = Total ÷ number of people
Balance = Paid − Share
Whoever paid more than their share gets money back. Whoever paid less pays the difference. The calculator looks for as few transfers as possible to settle everything.

🧾 Can I enter several expenses per person?
Add them up first and enter the total per person. You can also add the same name twice, but the calculator will then treat them as two separate rows.
🔢 What about rounding to cents?
The calculator works in cents. If the total doesn't divide evenly, the first people in the list pay one cent more.
🔒 Are the names stored?
No. Everything is calculated only in your browser and disappears as soon as you close the page.
